New DVR coming - wife panicking about lost shows
I thought I'd do something nice for my wife for Mother's Day, so I replaced our 32" CRT with a 47" HDTV and upgraded our package to include HD. This required us to buy a new receiver. All was well and good until this evening when she asked me if there was a way to retrieve the shows off the old DVR

DVR box freezes up then resets by itself...and p*ssing the wife off
While watching regular programming or DVR recording, pictures freezes up then resets itself. This happens throught out the day. Anyone else has this issue. Wife calls the box trash. Resetting box, unplugging the receiver and resetting modem does not fix this so I do not wamt to hear try that. T

Lost Most of my channel line-up
Yesterday I switched from U450 to U200 through the online account management tool. Today I have all HD channels are blocked, as are many other U200 channels. I should have lost only the premium channels, along with a few random others. Is there a reset I need to do to enable the new channel line-
