I have an HD DVR and when I watch HD live, it always looks scrambled. SOmetimes it is clear, but most of the time it's annoying and I ultimately have to change back to regular viewing. Any ideas what the problem could be besides dish location?

Why wouldn't an installer use some silicone or sealant on a roof when installing a dish? How much more could that cost?
