I subscribed to Uverse this past February. My neighbor across the street was turned down explaining our street wasn't ready for Uverse. So what do I have?

I subscribed to Uverse this past February. My neighbor across the street applied and was turned down saying our street was not ready for Uverse. The ATT workers working on our street told him the same thing, that it wouldn't be ready months. So what do I have?

Damaged my wall

basement wall

The installer here now says DTV policy prevents thenm from drilling into a basements wall in the windowwell.  They did this when he had our first installation and now we wanted to add a receiver to a room in the basement and he says it cannot be done.  Is that really the policy?

Whole neighborhood requesting unverse be available on our street it’s 1/4 mile away available!!!

I live in creola al and not even 1/4 mile away a subdivision has it. My subdivision has over 12 houses and only Mediacom internet we are all wanting unverse please consider adding this ASAP I gaurentee at least 9 of 12 houses will switch. Wall Jacks required?

Just curious -- Are installers required to put in full wall jacks? My installers just put the plate on the wall and pulled about 5 to 10 feet of cable through the hole.  Seems to me like a sloppy way to do it when putting in a jack and making a small jumper would make the install right.  If I ever r

So I read the FCC guidelines and it seems that your landlord could prevent you from drilling in exterior walls but it doesn't say anything about interior walls. Am I allowed to drill in the interior wall of my balcony? Or can they prohibit this as well?

Moving DVR/TV to the other side of the wall
