high u-verse bill
I contacted att u-verse about my $197.00 bill last month. I tried to contact you about the bill to request a customer loayalty rate. I did get the low rate from this month. Your phone lines and contact via e-mail were full and I could not get thru to anyone. Please adjust the $197.00 of last month to my new rate. Thatnks. jr fincher

This is NOT customer service. This is a public customer-to-customer message board. No one here has access to your account or can make adjustments.
It sounds like you were getting some sort of discount (I'm guessing) and that discount ran out. They only way to get any help is to call Customer Service at 1-800-288-2020 but be aware that wait times are long.

this is a customer forum not at&t so they wont see your request, there is no such thing as a loyalty discount and the ceo has halted promotions after expiration to existing customers since the start of 2020,
