A big thank you
I just wanted to say that Scott, the technician who fixed my phone/internet was a 20 on a 1-10 scale! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and polite. I hope the someone with AT&T will see this and appreciate Scott.

I did not have that kind of experience with the att tech I was transferred to. He said I would have to pay a fee for him to assist me. Seriously?!?! After paying $283.00 for my monthly service and y'all want to squeeze me for more $$$?? Xfinity here I come.
