AT&T appointment no show

So first I try to get fiber and directv installed. They can't install directv because of trees so I just get fiber and schedule tv install (because of course that guy can't do it the same day even though he has the equipment). The tv appt says they'll be there between 7am and 11pm - thanks great tight window for me to plan my day. By 3pm they haven't shown up so I call and they have no appointment scheduled - even though I'm looking at my page and it says someone will be there today.

This company is so screwed up they make Comcast look good. And I hate Comcast.
