Lawn Mess. Please stop your work.

In the attempt of giving an ATT U-verse connection to my neighbor my entire front yard is dug up and left to die.

I was never given a notice and the U-verse wires are running on my lawn for more than a month now and i never questioned it out of courtesy to my neighbor. I came back from work yesterday to realize that there are someone dug up patches and the lawn was left to die. I am gonna put up a signboard to contact me immediately.

So Please do contact me or else I am going to take it to next level. I can be reached at***** and my address in ***** Ponte Vedra, 32081, FL.

My next-door neighbor who is trying to get your service is located at [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.], Ponte Vedra, 32081, FL.

This is the wrong place for contact.  It's a customer self help forum, not ATT, and this is the cellular forum, not Uverse.

Even after posting my signs they ignored and finished their work and ofcourse they didn't bother to re-sod the lawn dugup.

@vgc007 Signs?

I'd contact the city, I'd think they issued a permit to someone. They'd likely know who.

When I put in fiber at my old job, if my contractor messed up a lawn they came and fixed it, BUT only if I knew about it...

Thank you for your kind response. I was not contacted by anyone with such
contract. The cable was running through my drive way for more than a month.
Couple weeks ago, they came and dug up my lawn, while leaving the cable on
my drive way. I then posted signs on my yard with my contact info
requesting contractors to reach out to me immediately. These signs are
still sitting in my yard.

Last week they came and buried the cable and still did not contact me and
there are at least two large patches where they dug up lawn from the roots
with mud all over it. I am not sure who should fix this problem so ended up
posting it on ATT community.

What is the best way to handle these issues?? Please kindly share.

Call landline services at 1-800-288-2020. Someone will get you to the right place. I think, and don't quote me on this, but in the event of property damage they file a case and someone will get back with you.

The thing with landline phones and internet is that they are considered a utility just like power and gas. Utility companies generally always have an easement that allows them access to buried and overhead lines on any property.
