Worst customer service

 

I have been in contact with ATT reps and managers countless times over the last few weeks. There have been SO MANY errors on their part it’s sickening. I was promised multiple installation dates. Nobody showed up and no one called me. I received confirmations numbers, mangers gave me their word, didn’t matter. ATT dropped the ball big time and I wasted hours on the phone repeating my story time and time again only to find no solution but to cancel my service altogether. This is not okay. Please contact me

I don’t know what is going on with AT&T....it’s a flipping shame. It’s like a bunch of 5 year olds work there, No One can follow through. Pathetic!!!!
