Netflix on my tv

I always had Netflix and now I don’t what is the problem please help we went from Adams tv company to direct tv so what’s the problem

DirecTV equipment does not provide Netflix. You'll need to use your Smart TV app, or get another box, like Roku, Amazon Fire, or Apple TV.
