NFL Sunday Ticket app not working

My streaming NFL Sunday Ticket is not working. I'm using Roku. All day it said it would be fixed asap. My game is half over. Will you be providing effected customers with a prorated refund for today. NFL Sunday Ticket is very expensive. I understand technical difficulties happen but major service disruptions also need to be compensated.

Welp My internet is lightning fast because its w Xfinity. All of the other live streaming apps on my internet TV are working perfect. please don't blame the internet speed on this issue AT&T....

No, there is an issue with the app. Speedtest at over 100mbps. Red zone channel working fine but not the games? App is broken.

I purchased nfl sunday ticket on my roku stick. I'm getting a sorry about the interruption. We're addressing the problem ASAP.. 

I want a refund for this crap service

Add me to the list of frustrated customers. I have a gigabyte speed hardwired connection and am getting “check your internet” problems. Terrible customer service. 

This is ridiculous!! I am not receiving the service that I am paying a lot of money for. I am completely missing games and it is not fair. Chat online support is down and I am on hold for over an hour for tech support. You guys need to fix this asap, this happens way too often. I was hesitant getting the service again this year and I am quite sure I won't be signing up for service next year. What a waste of money, you guys are just thieves!!! 

I've been on hold for over an hour now.. I just want a refund for the service. 2 out of the 3 weeks we've had it, its been down. Seriously, ATT RUINS everything they touch. I absolutely hate this company and against my better judgement I got NFL Sunday tix in hopes that it would work.   NFL needs to sever ties w ATT and provide the games for a fee on NFL network or something. [Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate]. Im seeing on other forums they are refusing refunds. Crap company!!

I am having the same issues, red zone and fantasy zone work, but can not stream any games. Is there a fix for this?

Has anyone else received horrible service from Sunday Ticket today? Service won't work, on hold for 2 hours. How can you get refunded for your time and lack of service? Extremely disappointed. 

MOST OF THE STREAMS ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL, I have tried on both my PS4 and laptop browser, and only the eagles/vikings stream is working. NONE of the other streams are working for me. I live in Seattle and have fast internet (Comcast / Xfinity).

All morning long I've been trying to watch games on the app. They either wont load, or are so blurry you cant even tell what you're watching and will freeze after 5 seconds. Any idea how long it will take to get these bugs fixed? this is honestly the first time this has happened to me and I've been using this app for 2 years. It's aggravating paying this much money and not being able to use the features you're paying for.

I've been trying to watch the Seahawks game today and all in get is a message the system is having issues. This is crap. I pay my bill and expect to watch the games.
