The El Rey/ directv dispute.

Question

We have directv premium package. We pay less than $120 a month. If you pay more than that, you are getting ripped off. They take away channels I want and add sports, shopping, alternate language channels that I don't want or need. I like El Rey, because I get to catch up on outdated shows that I missed or didn't get to finish in their first run. Boo to AT&T/Directv.

With the new price increase (every January) I am going to reduce my current package to get my price down. I'm tired of increases every year and the lineup they offer gets worse and worse. For instance - the SyiFi Channel. Good if you want to watch Harry Potter over and over again. After I do that I'm looking for an alternative. I don't want to rush into something new without fully vetting so, get the price down first then go shopping.
