Why always just 8 Minutes

Every time I try to download VOD the process appears to download 100% but there is only 8 minutes of a 30 minute show.  This happened on another show, but I redownloaded and it worked.  I've done this past download several times - but it's still only 8 minutes.  I'm trying to download Kardashions.

Is this related to them reworking stuff?
