Hello, I have tried to reset my password and am still unable to login to my account. It continues to give me this error and will not let me login. I need to update my billing information.

Ive been billed for Direct TV thru my AT&T account. I have never had Direct TV. I think the first charge came right after I moved to a new state.

Yesterday June 12th 2023 I went to cancel my tv account after 15 years or so. I originally wanted to cancel due to not watching tv because we are just too busy. So I went to cancel and of course they try to sell you on well you can do this other option for this amount of money. I knew this time was
