Directv.com Not loading!

Issuer: When going to the DirecTV.com wed site,. I can log in and see the account overview page.  I want to upgrade my package and when I click on manage my package, I get a white page and grey boxes where the selections should be.  I have tried 4 different browsers, my I Phone, my Kindle

How long will it take to get my father’s refund

(Edited per community guidelines) my father is 80 years old, his memory isn’t good at all!! A little over a year ago he wanted to get direcTV so they came to hook up connection but where my father live it wasn’t any so my father thought they could close out the account. THEY DIDN’T!! This is exactly what I'm going thru ! I been rescheduling myself pretty much after they didn't show up 4 times! When i say i rescheduled myself i mean i had to call them every time they didn't show up for the set times they were supposed to come and install service! Not one time did direct tv call

Is there ANY way to add ACCN as an a la carte channel to my existing account?

I live in SC and want to add ACC Network as a single channel option to my existing Entertainment account - without adding Sports Package (does it even come as part of the sports package?) or upgrading to the Choice Plan?? Is this AT ALL possible??
