Why am I receiving a paper bill from AT&T saying I owe late charges on my account when I am set up for auto pay that has been charging my card successfully? Also, the amount owed on the paper bill is different from amount owed shown on app where auto pay is set up.

I have directv STREAM on iPhone and iPad. Stopped working 1 month ago. Can’t sign in now. Why would I keep getting SAT code 600 if I’m trying to log in on stream?
