Hello, I had to cancel my service. I cancelled over a week ago. The official cancellation date is in 3 days. I have not received any type of cancellation email or how to return my equipment. Is this normal?

Genie mini
Just switched to a Genie with one Genie mini. The Genie works fine. The mini will blank out and say "waiting for receiver signal" for a few seconds up to a minute. Will then come back on. It is very random. I have a wired mini NOT wireless.
