I want to check on credit that was to be applied to my account.
I deducted the 20.00 credit from my bill. My bill still shows the balance showing it is due by Jan. 16. I have always paid my bill on time but ATT is never prompt about anything. It took ATT 4 days to restore my service. Please read the account representative note promising the 20.00 credit. Thank y
