U-verse TV Equipment

The receiver only has a setting for screen size - I set it to HD-16:9. The picture does not fill the screen and the picture quality is not HD. The screen resolution and aspect ratio is correct via OTA antenna. There must be a proper setting on this receiver.

Is there a way to recover recordings if the DVR is replaced?

All 3 of my coax connected u verse tvs freeze and pixelate. The one via Wi-Fi has sound issues. I have reset all 3 STB. HELP?

It’s frozen. The power button blinks red — 2 seconds on, 1 second off. None of the buttons work and when any of them are depressed they no longer all light up. Replacing the batteries didn’t help. Any suggestions on how to recover the remotes’ functions? Is it time for a new remote?

I no longer have uverse at this property. Can I safely unplug this box.

Our wireless receiver stopped working a few days ago - it would reboot, and showed a connection to the WAP but wouldn't work. We did the trouble shooting steps of unplugging everything and then plugging back in in a specific order - still nothing. ATT sent us a new wireless receiver box and WAP. Set

Pixalated frozen picture and sound. This happens on each tv at the same time. I unplugged the router for 2 min and plugged back in. Still having the issue periodically.

I try to program using buttons on the remote, but it still will not turn the TCL TV. It completes the process but the remote still won't turn the TV off and on.

IVE RESTARTED MY (Edited per community guidelines) BOUT 100 TIMES AND THE SAME MESSAGE KEEP SAYING “u-VeRsE iS nOt AvAiLaBlE aT tHiS tImE.” like ion know (Edited per community guidelines) well y’all Trillion dollar company can easily get ur U-verse working.
