U-verse TV Equipment

I just set up an Orbi mesh system with the ATT 5826 gateway. I have the gateway in passthrough mode and the Orbi is in AP mode. For a while my U-verse service freezes at 11 p.m. on one of my TVs. I read that this is an on going problem. I am paying for a defective service. You need to send a technician to fix this problem asap.

Had a new receiver 4 days ago. I’ve had 4 since April! Earlier Today the tech replaced the HDMI cable and it has stopped freezing and pixilations. However now both remotes will not fast forward. Seem sluggish too.
