U-verse TV Equipment

If my main DVR/wired cable box (the one that stores "recordings" on TV restarts (by itself?), will it interfere with any recording being done at that time. In other words, will that restart show up on recording in some way or will the recording continue as normal and not show up on final recording?

Why did I get an email from AT&T telling me not to return my equipment?

Since AT&T no longer wants anyone to discuss DirecTV or U-Verse equipment since they “only” sell it, what forum do I use?

Uverse equip does not work properly with this TV - a variety of tech's changing out all the equipment have not been able to fully get Uverse to work - latest problem is screen freezes for a few seconds - there's no pattern, it might happen 5 times in 5 minutes or may not happen for 1/2 an hour. How do I get the recycle label that Att told me to use to recycle this old equipment

It seems the Genie Mini C51-500 on occasion when trying to unpause a show, screen goes black, can't seem to find a repeatable way to bring it back. It almost seems that it has a mind of it's own and the screen goes back to the show on it's own time.

I have a picture but no sound. I have restarted the gateway and the receiver several times but no help. This is a recurring problem that usually can be fixed by restarting the received but that no longer fixes it. AT&T says I need a new receiver, but we don't want to lose the recordings that we have

The control stopped working but the Power Botton is staying lit up Red. I’ve already changed the batteries. What else can be wrong? I know it’s the correct remote for this TV.

My tv box is locked out because I tried to sign . The screen says the limit for unsuccessful sign-in attempts has been reached. Go online and reset your id/password to restore access. Care code : 205.2 I reset my password but I still can’t sign in.
