Samsung Smart TV QLED 2022 55inch - not fully compatible with Uverse equipment.
Uverse equip does not work properly with this TV - a variety of tech's changing out all the equipment have not been able to fully get Uverse to work - latest problem is screen freezes for a few seconds - there's no pattern, it might happen 5 times in 5 minutes or may not happen for 1/2 an hour. Only

Genie Mini C51-500 Occasional Malfunction
It seems the Genie Mini C51-500 on occasion when trying to unpause a show, screen goes black, can't seem to find a repeatable way to bring it back. It almost seems that it has a mind of it's own and the screen goes back to the show on it's own time.

UVerse TV - No Sound
I have a picture but no sound. I have restarted the gateway and the receiver several times but no help. This is a recurring problem that usually can be fixed by restarting the received but that no longer fixes it. AT&T says I need a new receiver, but we don't want to lose the recordings that we have
