U-verse TV Equipment

Trying to add a new (7th) wired STB and get the following message: Account unavailable. This Set Top Box does not match the account settings. Is there a limit to the number of wired STB's? Does the STB require configuration into my account on the AT&T Uverse side?

Connected EERO 6 in place of VAP2500. Have wireless connectivity except for my wireless cable boxes which ask me to press WPS button which the EERO does not have. Modem used is an ARRIS NVG589.

I am getting this message quite frequently now. It only happens when I am watching something recorded. None of the controls work when this message appears and I have to reboot the receiver/DVR. Anyone else experienced this?

Broadband 2 light has been blinking red for several weeks. Rebooted gateway several times. Uverse viewing is pixalated and freezes frequently. Is this an equipment issue?

I recently replaced my DVR/Receiver and the replacements (3 so far) have me enter in my location and unfortunately the location does not save. Multiple reboots and calls into U-verse Technical support have not solved the problem. Tech Support lacks any real knowledge.

How far can the Vap2500 be from the modem/router and still keep a signal? I added an apartment addition onto my home and cannot get a good signal or cannot get a signal at all at times. The tv will continually freeze up and go out. I was thinking maybe I could run a long Ethernet cable and extension

different tv will not respond to old uverse S30 remote

Anytime I press a button on my s30 Uverse remote the power button turns red. I tried replacing the batteries and resetting the remote but nothing is working I even took some isopropyl alcohol to the buttons to make sure they weren’t sticking.

AT&T doesn't want me to ship back my Uverse boxes. They said to recycle them. Where are the instructions to print out a prepaid shipping label.

Internet went down briefly and direct stream network went down. Unplugged the unit. All other devices are connected. Main tv wont turn on, remote just flashes blue. Already replaced batteries. Im stumped
