U-verse TV Equipment

Internet went down briefly and direct stream network went down. Unplugged the unit. All other devices are connected. Main tv wont turn on, remote just flashes blue. Already replaced batteries. Im stumped

all the remote will do is turn the tv off/on and change the volume. it wil not change channnels or let me use any feathers on the screen?? it has good batteries and i have trouble shoot the system.

All the lights are on my cable box wont shut off

My at &t box has a blinking red light and a steady blue light. I understand that a blinking light indicates there’s an error. How can I fix this?
