Watching DIRECTV

As of yesterday, I've not been able to sign into my DirecTV Perks site. Takes me to verify page requesting to verify through my email account, but email account is not working and my phone numbers listed are landlines.

A week ago my DirecTV app stopped working. All I get is a black screen. I quit the app and restarted it, deleted and redownloaded it. Sometimes it takes me to a screen to log in, but when I do, it just becomes to a black screen. I am trying to watch on an iPad Air (11-inch) running 18.3.1. What's

Watching MSNBC and it went black for about 5 mins starting around 9:15am and then later for less than a minute between 11:30 & 12:15 and then 3rd time just after 2:00pm. At the moment I have a second service and it was fine on TDS.  So it's not the local feed.  Any thoughts why?

Several days ago the Direct TV app stopped working on all our devices. We tried reinstalling the APP, restarting the Direct TV box and our internet. We spent 2 hours on the phone with 4 different people with the result being a ticket would be created. A few hours ago we received an email telling us
