Watching on Satellite

My issue, used to live in Ohio now live in Virginia. Accuweather shows our old zip code. Have contacted Directv support in the past and have given up trying to correct this. This also creates another issue, we have a dvr in our rv as well, and when we are away and want to set up recording remotely o

How do I stop this annoying message? I have good satellite reception and don’t want the unsolicited ethernet connection message followed by “streaming may take a few minutes”

I can't see any of the New Orleans Pelicans broadcast as an option in the Houston area market through my league pass subscription. My only viewing option to watch is through the team they are playing's broadcast. My son's in L.A.'s NBA League Pass on YouTube Tv provides him with both options.

Can I watch shows recorded on HR20-44 DVR without Satellite hooked up? In other words can I take my DVR with me camping and watch the shows we recorded. We will NOT have satelite service or a dish even hooked up. Thanks
