Watching on Satellite

When I sign in all I get is a black screen on the app. Worked yesterday. Felted app and downloaded again and the same. My wife said that she was kicked out and had to sign in again and she gets the black screen. Anyone else having the same with app?

It's been MONTHS that Pandora songs are being cut off before finishing. They said they were working on it but, to no avail. (Edited per community guidelines)! What takes a company like yours so long to fix an issue. I've never seen this kind of incompetency in a corporation!

I am a satellite customer using the DirecTV Stream app on Roku , I am watching shows recorded on my genie DVR through the app in My Library. How do I delete an individual recording through the Roku app. Cannot find anywhere.
