Sound loss in some apps

I have a Gemini box. I access other apps like Amazon, Netflix hbo, Hulu etc via Gemini remote apps button. Suddenly no sound in paramount+ and Hulu. Worked fine one day and now nothing. HR54 Genie and Google Home/Google Assistant?

I have DTV satellite with a single HR54 receiver. Is there any way to use Google Home/Assistant voice commands to control the HR54? Gemini is not a viable option because I’m handicapped and cannot press the Google assistant button on the Gemini remote for voice commands.
