Watching on Satellite

For two days, I've been getting this message whenever I change over to any channel. It uses Signal Saver and also says that I can no longer record while this is happening. What do I do to fix this?

I am watching MLB Extra Innings on channel 720(MLB Mix) and the blue box indicator is not visible. I have rebooted and still nothing. My news mix does the same thing and channel 205 does the same thing also. Please advise.
