Watching on Satellite

I want to know why Fox News channel 360 is the only channel that is constantly not working properly. It comes up with a message that the channel signal is not working, “do you still want to watch?” This is very annoying and I would like to get an answer.

Both stations glitch, freeze, cuts out throughout programming. It is frequent enough that it becomes a huge distraction and at times you can miss what is being said. Last 2 Nuggets games have been broadcast on Altitude 2 on Direct TV. I set up to record and all indications were that it was recording. I double checked and was able to see the recorded beginnings of both games. Next day I had only a white screen through the entire recording. What happened?

I am not a customer yet, and would like to know...if I wanted to get through a game fast and FF at the first speed above normal, would I be able to watch clearly (smoothly) what was going on (just a little faster) or would the picture be "herky jerky" and pretty much unwatchable?
