Watching U-verse TV

After signing in to Uverse app on chromebook, it lets me select a channel to watch, it starts loading and then suddenly goes back to the main screen. This has been happening for over a week now - very frustrating since I've always been able to watch shows on my chromebook.

Does anyone know who is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the Guide for a channel. The information for the WTTW PBS channel has been wrong in the primetime hours most days for over a month now. If I go to the WTTW website and view the schedule there, it matches with what is showing
