Everyday, I put on Cartoon Network for the kids, and then a voice narration starts speaking. At first, I thought that it wasn't the TV. But I pressed Rewind. Turns out it was the TV. How do I turn it off?

the tv will go black, then i get the spinning circle, this happens about every 20 mins or so. sometimes, especially watching sports, after going through black screen stuff the show will come back in spanish i have no idea if this is directv or the at&t internet help

I'm watching Grand Prix Figure Skating on the Olympics channel but the Information block shows Skiing Cup. This disconnect has become typical. International competitions often air overnight, but I can't tell by the Information in the Guide what I need to record. It's very frustrating.
