Watching U-verse TV

Can someone assist me with getting stations such as ABC or CBS to work live through my UVerse account? Other channels work just fine, but the log-in states ABC's (or CBS's) live stream is not available through AT&T.

I'm watching Grand Prix Figure Skating on the Olympics channel but the Information block shows Skiing Cup. This disconnect has become typical. International competitions often air overnight, but I can't tell by the Information in the Guide what I need to record. It's very frustrating.
