Watching U-verse TV

NBCSN (NBC Sports Network) is scheduled to go dark on December 31. When that happens, a lot of their sports programming will be moving to the USA Network. My concern is that "Law and Order SVU, will no longer be on the USA Network, or at the most,on a limited basis. I have done some research online,

Access code entered and CNN response was accepted on iPad. Went to RCA ROKU TV and clicked on CNN WATCH LIVE TV and pop up window says ” you’re not authorized to view the content. Contact TV service provided for more details. Please tell me what I need to do. Thank you.

Every day I get on my tv that Uverse has lost connection.

When I try to log in to the U-verse app on my iPad, I get "The U-verse mobile service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later". What does that mean? I've been trying later for over a week. And yes, I deleted the app and re-installed. How can this get resolved/fixed?
