Watching U-verse TV

Cannot sign into app.

For a couple of weeks now the weekly EBS test that comes on with the LOUD buzz has knocked my TV into a restart/reboot. It's a Samsung. Anyone else ever had this happen?

Trying to log into Uverse app on IPhone and IPad and getting error when I log in with my email and password. Get error Login Required. Please log in with your U-verse Member ID (email address). I know it is the correct info and II have cleared cache and reset password.

My main TV works fine. But the 2 mini genie boxes upstairs don't work properly. I've unplugged, reset, followed all the trouble shooting. I'll be watching something and then after a few minutes it goes to another screen saying it's searching for network. An orange light will show blinking on the box

Is there a place where I can find a channel guide for basic cable? This is lower than family.

Is a landline needed for the old Uverse ( grandfather Uverse)?

My U-verse subscription includes the Hallmark HD channel 1365. For some reason, newly released(2021) Hallmark movies aren't available on that channel. I've called att twice and they don't seem to understand my issue. I've attached 2 pictures. One showing some movies are available, hence the preview
