Watching U-verse TV

Can I watch programs recorded on my DVR (uVerse) on my mobile device or laptop?

I recently upgraded my service to U200 which includes paramount network. However the channel (1145) is not visible on my guide using my computer or through the television hooked up to the gateway. Is there a fix for this?

For the past several weeks, my U-verse streaming will not allow me to log in to access any content through my iPad. I spent about 2 hours total on phone with customer service to eventually be told that the system was “down.” I am still unable to access streaming through the U-verse app on my iPad. W
