Watching U-verse TV

My main TV works fine. But the 2 mini genie boxes upstairs don't work properly. I've unplugged, reset, followed all the trouble shooting. I'll be watching something and then after a few minutes it goes to another screen saying it's searching for network. An orange light will show blinking on the box

Is there a place where I can find a channel guide for basic cable? This is lower than family.

Is a landline needed for the old Uverse ( grandfather Uverse)?

My U-verse subscription includes the Hallmark HD channel 1365. For some reason, newly released(2021) Hallmark movies aren't available on that channel. I've called att twice and they don't seem to understand my issue. I've attached 2 pictures. One showing some movies are available, hence the preview

Previously I could keep recordings for months as long as I had space. Now they drop off in 1 to 3 days.

recording of 3 hour show stops playing after one hour. Says it is "Finished", but green line shows it recorded the full 3 hours.

We have been plagued with picture freezing on Uverse TV for many months. All channels on all devices. I have contacted support many times and wasted hours with them restring and rebooting. They sent a new gateway which I installed and it didn’t make any difference. We seem to have plenty of bandwidt
