Watching U-verse TV

All of a sudden, my app states error authenticating, please try again. It was fine 2 days ago and now it won't work. I have uninstalled the app, rebooted the gateway/modem and fire tv but still not working. I have tried logging into my account on my computer with same credentials and it's fine.

Does anyone know what channels of my uverse tv package should be available on the uverse app? I have the regional sports package with my uverse u300 tv plan but the app won't let me watch the games live as the tv does. Is this normal, and then what good is the app? already been to att tech, customer

This service is crap. I've been dealing with this picture freezing and pixleating for years now. I've done all the restart, unplug, replace box, etc etc etc....that everyone recommended and it continues to do this. Is it time to switch service providers?
