How to get rid of "press << to stream program from beginning" message.

Whenever I look up info on a show I am watching, I now get a message that says "press < to stream program from beginning". It never used to have this and now you can't read what the show is about because this message covers it up. It is very annoying and I can't figure out how to remove it.

THR22 reboot loop.. HD tests fine?

Early May and again today THR22 TIVo unit in a reboot loop.. in May I ran all the diagnostics and HD tested fine (HD last replaced last year) One person I know is seeing the same. Anyone else? Hope it’s a DTV glitch.. and not equipment or DTV ending service to get them out of being used.. Thanks!

why can't i see service address on bill

I need to submit my DTV bills to my company for expense reimbursement. I have tried many times to get an answer as to why DTV will now NOT include a service address on their billing. They tell me it's because of streaming, so they don't know nor care about the home address/service address. Does anyo
