Continuously getting the “Lost Signal” screen!! We have rebooted many times both the recover and gateway!!

I just got att uverse tv and when I hooked it all up and when through the setup, I get an error saying hdmi error unable to display video (H1001 - HDPC not supported on this display) What do I need to do to fix this? I have the IPH8005 cable unit if that helps.

Somehow the remote got reset and does not control the menu and other buttons on TV like it used to work before. Now, the remote only works on cable box. It works only on TV but for power and volume only and that's it. How do you solve this problem?

I live in the California Bay Area and I have ATT U-Verse tv service. I’m never able to watch any WWE show on time. RAW/Smackdown/NXT come on at 5pm but the episode isn’t shown on TV until 8pm. I want to watch live TV on my Samsung S21 using my U-verse App. To get All Channels I had to update the app, now I can't use the app unless I give ATT permissions to my phone....control calls, access to my photos, music etc. ? My phone service is not with ATT, why would I give permissions like that
