U-verse TV

Recently, the uverse app has been freezing when I am watching different channels on my mobile. I have reloaded the app, tried different channels between SD and HD, and restarted my phone more than a few times but no change. I thought it might be buffering but it happens on both WIFI and cellular. Ha

I just updated my att fiber/uverse with Orbi mesh system. I have the att 5628ac gateway wifi turned off and using the Orbi as access point. The dvr and WAP are connected to the att gateway. Both have frozen again on all TV's. No other channels out just those two. Anyone else notice how FOX News especially tends to have problems while no other channels have any?

Last week uverse went down do to a car accident. When it came back up I no longer have a channel guide. What’s up???

On a reoccurring basis the Fox News channels freeze, pixelate, go blank and don't play at all. Every other station is working fine. However, the Fox channels are all working on the Spectrum network so it is not a Fox issue, only an AT&T issue. Leads me to believe it is happening intentionally.
