Error message - - set top box doesn't match account

Funny. I called to resolve an issue with my bill. After 30 minutes the employee gets a supervisor that sounds exactly like the person I was speaking to. Ridiculous. Matthew the employee. Timmy the supervisor. Both the same people. I guess Att customers are stupid.

It’s frozen. The power button blinks red — 2 seconds on, 1 second off. None of the buttons work and when any of them are depressed they no longer all light up. Replacing the batteries didn’t help. Any suggestions on how to recover the remotes’ functions? Is it time for a new remote?

Have had no uverse TV service fir 24 hours now. Am elderly & need help figuring out what to do. Big red X on screen. Have rebooted receiver & also gateway numerous times

I no longer have uverse at this property. Can I safely unplug this box.

Is AT&T allowing existing users with uverse to keep it if they move or is it that once you move even if in the same neighborhood where it was available you lose it? For example, I know that it is available on my block as me and my neighbors have it now. If I move next door, will they force me off of

Our wireless receiver stopped working a few days ago - it would reboot, and showed a connection to the WAP but wouldn't work. We did the trouble shooting steps of unplugging everything and then plugging back in in a specific order - still nothing. ATT sent us a new wireless receiver box and WAP. Set

When on God's green earth will the NFL Network be put back on. I love everything thus far but this absence. If you can't provide this service give me another alternative. The rest of your internet and TV packages are excellent. Drives me bonkers....I get all this great stuff without the NFL Network.

its been to long cant watch ch33 missing to many football games because of yall (Edited per community guidelines) get it together of let someone else run it who can get things done....

AT&T help has not been able to answer (actually have refused to answer my inquiries) as to why the U-Verse app has quit working as it should. It kicks me, and everyone else who uses it, off the app, and forces us to log back in with user name, password, and Neilson questions, just to check the night
