U-verse TV

Pixalated frozen picture and sound. This happens on each tv at the same time. I unplugged the router for 2 min and plugged back in. Still having the issue periodically.

I try to program using buttons on the remote, but it still will not turn the TCL TV. It completes the process but the remote still won't turn the TV off and on.

I cannot login to U-verse. My user ID and password works on everything else I.e. at.net and att.com anything where you would need to use it to gain access. I even clicked forgot user ID and got a text with my user name which like I said works everywhere but U-verse. The rep on the phone and I worked
