KEEPING MY PAPER BILL

I am getting my bill so late in the month that it is late by the time I send it to you and then you charge me a late fee !!!

@rockonsmitty we are customers too, follow the instructions provided by @shannon02 to opt out of paperless billing if you want to keep your paper bill. None of us here can make any changes to your account.

If you want to opt in or out of paperless billing, you log into your account online to make the change or actually call customer support. This is a public forum, so no access to your account here.

Bill produces and mails the 2nd day of your service month. Bill is due on the 20th day. But as long as payment posts before service month starts over there is no late fee.

DirecTV does not take responsibility for USPS delivering late. Since your bill is due at the same time each month, just log into your account to see the balance and make the payment. You can even set auto bill pay if that is easier for you. Regardless of how long the bill takes in the mail, it is your responsibility to pay your monthly service on time. Pay online or over the phone via the voice system so it posts that day. By mailing it back when you are supposedly receiving it after too much time you are taking the risk that they receive it late.

If you had read the thread, you would have seen the answer to your request.

To opt in or out of paperless billing, you do so by logging into your account or calling DirecTV to make the change.

This is a public forum of other customers so we cannot do that for you.
