Recording issue
I have a recording series set up on channel 46 that is now switching to channel 390 which is not in our programming setup. So all I get is is a message that cannot record. Recently got a new roku tv TCL and started right after.

I would go into the menu and into the optoin to Manage Playlist. Go into the Series Manager (or perhaps To Do List if individual episode) and cancel currently scheduled recordings.
After clearing all that exit the menu. Then go into the guide onto your local channel and try that manual recording one more time. That should remove any incorrect settings of the recording capturing from all channels, instead of just the local you have.
