What is an error code 22 and how do I resolve it?  Any ideas

error 22 on connecting to internet

Well I fixed the error 13 and everything says OK but now I get the error 22 not connected to the Internet. I took the IP from my router witch is a 2 wire and I manually put it in and then I took all the rest off the other HD DVR I have hooked up. Does that sound like the right thing to do? Any help?
