Direct TV stream boxes C71KW-400. 1000 mbps up / 913 down direct connect to ethernet. There are no internet issues, only fuzzy pictures every 3 minutes. I already shut the entire internet down for 5 minutes and restarted. No help.

About every 1:30 to 2 minutes the nflst app automatically logs me off saying someone else has accessed the app. This is not true as this happens like clockwork at about 2 minutes and has been happening since last week. Anyone know what’s happening?

My U-verse reception is good for about 2 minutes and then it starts with a start and stop routine.    The picture is good and then will freeze and resume after a second or two.  I have rebooted the system and the receiver a couple of times but no improvement.
