can't sign onto Directv from my PC
I can sign on using my tablets and my phone, but when I try using my PC I get "Sorry, there was a system error. please try again or call us at 1-800-288-2020". I tried different PCs with 3 different browsers and always get the same message. Anyone else?

@Juniper Yes, the paperwork says activate within 30 days and if you don't, the next time you need a card, it will cost $20. So when I put the card in the genie as directed and told the woman on the phone there were no channels available, the problem

Just had a dtv rep tell me that when I received my new access card, there is no activation needed, just to insert and all will work fine. Is that really true? Situation: periodic error msg on genie stating genie can't read the access card. Rebooting temporarily solves the problem
