How do I get rid of the advertisements in my guide? Later! Frank

I live in Franklin County Pennsylvania. In 2004-2005 Nielsen Media Research moved Franklin County from the Washington DC DMA to the Harrisburg-Lancaster-Lebanon-York DMA. However, DIRECTV is still serving Franklin County with Washington DC local channels. How can I get DIRECTV to address this issue?
