Our HR24 randomly records programs which are not the to do list or asked to be recorded. The receiver seems to react slowly to commands from the remote. As my wife was watching some shows various menus will pop up on the screen. Any ideas, or software updates we should know about?

i can only view local channels. all my satellite channels are broken. i cant see any of them, they're on but the pictures are in pieces and broken voices, and some of them wouldnt even find the signal.
