How to exit something that stays on my screen & the exit button doesn’t do it

Where's the exit off this forum?

It says that we don't have HD on direct we know that we have STANDARD but the EXIT refuses to stay off when pushed

I was not in front of the TV when a conflict between a scheduled recording and doubleplay mode happened and my recording did not start on time. How can I manually exit doubleplay to prevent this in the future when I know a recording is upcoming?

When I am watching something live on my computer it goes into full screen and there is no way to exit so that I can see the menu bar again. There used to be a little arrow in the upper left section of the screen that allowed me to go back to the guide page but that has disappeared.

Is there a better way to properly close the app without having to constantly press the back button until the option to exit appears?

Whenever I hit the Playlist button in the iPad app it exits to the home screen. I've made sure to select one of my HD DVRs before hitting the button and the exit still occurs. Any ideas?

The new guide came today without warning. It only works in HD properly, so if you are using the RF or other SD output for say another TV, it cannot switch between the two without having to press the EXIT key to switch the entire signal to SD.
