Can anyone tell me how many people in my family are able to use the Stream service at once?

Why is the family package so expensive? I am a long time customer and there is nothing on the family package. I am paying all this money and getting no good channels in return. Thank you for answering my question.

Why would you cancel service tp a grieving family before starting up their new service? All they want to do is change the name on the account.Why would your customer service add to the pain of this family.

Because the prices keep going up after a one year introductory price, I've downgraded twice: U-300 package to U-200 package, and now down to U-Family package.  I am completely disappointed in the Family package.  Other than my local channels, it offers almost nothing especially for a senior citizen.

I need to print a Family and U200 channels printable list for visually impaired person.  I need to be able to enlarge it.  The funny colored pdf of all packages isn't suitable, colors not good for visually impaired.
