Hey @Flutterby4x, we want to help with special remote for your mother. We have the standard remotes that comes with the receivers when you get the service, however you can get a Flipper Big Button remote for seniors through a third party seller that

Of course, another service is always an option. U-verse is not for everyone. The flipper remote was offered as a solution that works with u-verse. I believe it does based on reviews & no one has ever come back to say it does not.
